Terms of Use

SpotEasy is a smart parking platform for Indian cities. By using our service you agree to provide accurate vehicle and contact information, use booked slots only for the duration specified, pay applicable parking charges before exiting, and not misuse or share your digital pass. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email, phone number, and vehicle details to provide parking services. Your location is used only when you search for nearby lots and is never sold. UPI transaction IDs entered at checkout are stored solely as proof of payment.

Payments

Vendors collect payments directly via cash or their registered UPI ID/QR. SpotEasy does not currently process or hold any payments. The transaction ID you enter at checkout is recorded as the payment reference.

Refunds

Refunds are handled directly between the customer and vendor. Bookings under 15 minutes are free. Disputes can be flagged via the contact form on your dashboard.

Notifications

We send notifications about booking events, lot approvals and admin alerts in-app, in your browser (with your permission), and via email. You can change these preferences from your Account page anytime.
