SpotEasy India ("SpotEasy", "we", "us") is a smart parking platform that connects parking lot owners (Vendors) with drivers (Customers) across Indian cities. By registering or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• • You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• • One person may not create multiple accounts.
• • SpotEasy reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

• • Bookings are confirmed instantly upon selection of a slot.
• • Grace Period: If you exit within 15 minutes of entry, no charge applies.
• • Parking charges are calculated based on actual duration at the applicable hourly rate.
• • All amounts are rounded to the nearest rupee.
• • SpotEasy is not responsible for unavailability of slots due to technical issues.

• • Payments can be made via Cash or UPI at the time of checkout.
• • UPI payments are processed directly between the customer and the parking lot owner.
• • SpotEasy does not store any payment card information.
• • In case of payment disputes, please contact the parking lot owner directly.

• • We collect your name, email, phone number, and vehicle details to provide our service.
• • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• • Your booking history is stored securely on our servers.
• • You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
• • We use cookies to maintain your login session.

• • Vendors must provide accurate information about their parking lots.
• • Vendors are responsible for maintaining their lot and ensuring slot availability.
• • Vendors must honour confirmed bookings shown by a valid QR pass.
• • SpotEasy may remove vendor listings that receive repeated complaints.
• • All lots must comply with local municipal and traffic regulations.

SpotEasy provides a technology platform to connect customers and vendors. We are not liable for vehicle damage, theft, accidents, or any incidents occurring within a parking lot. The parking lot owner is solely responsible for the physical premises and security of vehicles parked therein.
